1. Data about you as a customer

• Account: email address (or the email of your Google account if you sign in with Google), name if you add one, a scrambled (hashed) password and recovery code, your page addresses, sign-up date and, if you turn it on, the secret for two-step login.
• Your pages: the texts, links and photos you add. Everything on a published page is public by design.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID, plan and subscription status, never your card number.
• Invite programme: which account invited which, and how many free months were earned.
• Emails we send: password reset and important account messages only.
• Free-trial protection: we keep a record of the page names, email addresses and paid-platform links used on accounts, also after an account is deleted, so the free week can be used only once. It is kept for up to 3 years and used only for this purpose.

2. Data about visitors of a page

• Statistics: we count totals per day (page views and clicks on each link) so the page owner sees their statistics. These totals do not identify anyone.
• Security: to stop spam and abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the visitor’s IP address for a short time, normally under an hour, then it is deleted. It is not used for anything else.
• Email sign-up box: if the page owner turns it on and a visitor enters their email, the email is stored and shown only to that page owner, who is responsible for it.
• On the visitor’s device: the browser keeps small notes such as when a countdown started and whether the visitor answered the 18+ question. They never leave the device.
• Owner’s own tools: if a page owner adds a Meta Pixel or Google Analytics ID, those services load on that page and the page owner and Meta or Google are responsible for that data.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• To run your account and pages and take payments: performance of our contract with you.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, including repeated free trials: our legitimate interest.
• To keep invoices and payment records: legal obligation.

We do not sell data and do not use advertising cookies on our own pages.

4. Who processes it for us

• Websupport (hosting, database and email, Slovakia, EU).
• Stripe (payments; may transfer data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses).
• Google (sign-in with Google, if you use it; fonts used by our pages are loaded from Google Fonts).
• Meta Platforms (Instagram), only if you connect an Instagram account to Creator Insights.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your pages, photos, statistics, collected emails and account data are deleted right away. Payment and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires (in Slovakia up to 10 years).

6. Your rights

You can see, correct, download and delete most of your data yourself in your account. You can also ask us at support@vip-bio.com for access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing. We answer within one month. You can complain to your data protection authority; in Slovakia this is Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

7. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: one to keep you logged in and a few short-lived ones during sign-in. No analytics or advertising cookies on our own pages. We count visits to our own pages ourselves, without cookies and without any outside service: we store only totals (page, country taken from your device's time zone, type of device, the site you came from). To tell two visits on the same day apart we use a short code made from your IP address and browser with a key that is thrown away every day; the IP address itself is not stored. 8. Creator Insights and Instagram data

If you use Creator Insights, you connect your own Instagram Business or Creator account through Instagram’s official login (Instagram API with Instagram Login by Meta). You log in on Instagram; we never see your Instagram password. With your permission we receive an access token and read only:

• your account’s username, name, profile picture, number of followers and posts;
• your own posts and Reels (caption, link, preview image, date) and their public counts (likes, comments);
• insights of your posts (views, reach, saves, shares).

We use this data only to show you your reports and to create the report file you download. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, use it for advertising or post anything on your behalf. The access token is stored encrypted.

Deleting your Instagram data: in vip-bio open Creator Insights and click Remove next to the account – the token, posts and statistics of that account are deleted immediately. Deleting your vip-bio account deletes all of it too. You can also remove vip-bio in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites, or email support@vip-bio.com and we delete it within 30 days.

If we change this policy in an important way, we tell you by email or in your account before the change applies.
