Terms of Service

These terms apply to vip-bio (vip-bio.com), operated by MDM Family s. r. o., Ulica Jozefa Adamca 9983/24, 917 01 Trnava, Slovakia. Company ID (IČO): 56 214 405, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122243717. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, section Sro, file no. 56564/T. (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@vip-bio.com. 1. The service

vip-bio lets you build link-in-bio pages that are published at an address with a name you choose, with templates, link buttons, countdowns, an optional email sign-up box and statistics about views and clicks.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and give true information when you sign up.
• You may create a page only for yourself or for a person or brand that has authorised you to manage their online presence. You must be able to show that authorisation if we ask.
• Keep your password and recovery code safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person or business may hold more accounts only for different brands or clients, not to get more free trials.

3. Products, prices and payment

• The current products and prices are always shown on the Pricing page: packages of 3, 10 or 100 VIP-BIO links (bio pages) and the reports Creator Insights and Reels Insights. Each product is separate. Prices include VAT where it applies.
• Before you pay, the page and the payment form state whether the product is a subscription (charged every month in advance until you cancel) or a one-time payment.
• Free month: a new account gets 1 VIP-BIO link free for 30 days, without a payment card. To keep the page online after that you subscribe to a package (from €0.99 a month). If you do not subscribe, the page is hidden the day after the free month ends, and the account with its pages and photos is permanently deleted 14 days later. We send an e-mail before the page is hidden and before the account is deleted. The free month is available once per person. The reports have no free trial and are paid right away.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a monthly payment fails, we tell you by email and in your account. Your access stays on while Stripe retries the payment; if it keeps failing, the subscription ends and your pages or reports are switched off. Nothing is deleted.
• You can move to a larger or smaller package of VIP-BIO links at any time; the price difference for the rest of the month is settled on your next invoice.
• We may change prices for the future. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before that.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel a subscription anytime under Account → Manage subscription. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then it is switched off. Your settings are kept, so you can come back later.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you pay nothing.
• If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the service starts right away at your request, you agree that it is provided immediately and that, if you withdraw, you pay only for the days already used. After a paid month has fully started and ended, it is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• When a payment is refunded in full, access to that product ends.
• You can delete your account at any time under Account. This removes your pages, photos and data and ends your subscriptions. You can also download a copy of your data there.

5. Invite friends (referral programme)

• You get a personal invite link. When a new customer signs up through it and makes their first real payment for a package of 10 VIP-BIO links or larger, or for one of the reports, you receive one free month of the smallest package, worth €0.99, as a credit on your next invoice. A purchase of the smallest package does not count. There is no limit to the number of credits.
• If you have no payment card yet, earned credits wait and are added once you add one. Credits have no cash value, cannot be paid out and expire when your account is deleted.
• You cannot invite yourself or create accounts to earn credits. We may remove credits that come from fake, duplicate or self-made accounts, spam or misleading advertising, and we may change or end the programme for the future.

5a. Creator Insights and Reels Insights

• Creator Insights shows statistics of Instagram accounts that you connect yourself through Instagram’s official login. You may connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage. We never ask for your Instagram password. You can disconnect an account at any time; its data is then deleted.
• Reels Insights is a report for viewing: statistics and ideas based on publicly visible Instagram Reels of selected creators. The list of creators and how often the data is refreshed are decided by us and may change. You may adjust your own list within the limits shown in the report.
• The reports are information and inspiration only. We do not guarantee any number of followers, views, reach or income. Numbers may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable when Instagram changes or limits access.
• The content shown in the reports belongs to its authors. You may not copy, republish or resell it, or pass off someone else’s content as your own.
• vip-bio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

6. What your page may contain

• No sexually explicit images, videos or text on the page itself. Links to platforms where you sell adult content are allowed only if you are an adult creator, the platform allows it, and you mark those links as sensitive.
• No content involving anyone under 18, no content shared without the consent of the people shown, and nothing illegal, hateful, threatening or fraudulent.
• Only photos, names and trademarks you have the right to use. Do not pretend to be another person or brand.
• Countdowns, offers and follower numbers on your page must be true and must not mislead visitors.
• Do not use vip-bio for spam, malware, phishing or to hide where a link leads in order to break the rules of other platforms.

If you add a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or an email sign-up box to your page, you are responsible for using that data lawfully towards your own visitors.

We may pause or remove a page that breaks these rules, and close the account in serious or repeated cases. Where possible we tell you why. To report a page, use the Report link at the bottom of any page or write to support@vip-bio.com.

7. Your content

Your texts, photos and links stay yours. You allow us to store, show and copy them only as needed to run your pages and the service. When you delete them or your account, we stop using them.

8. Other platforms

Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Snapchat, X and other platforms decide on their own which links they allow and may change their rules at any time. We cannot promise that any platform will accept or show your link, and we are not responsible for their decisions or for the websites you link to.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service online but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes by email or in your account at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply. Consumers in the EU can also use alternative dispute resolution; in Slovakia this is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia).
